We’re here to guide you through every step of the planning process so your elopement feels easy, intentional, and completely you.
Zion National Park has specific locations where formal ceremonies (with an officiant) are permitted. If a location does not allow a formal ceremony, a private vow exchange is still an option.
All locations below are clearly noted with what is allowed.
Elopement pricing varies by location and is based on driving distance, hiking time, and the overall logistics involved.

Pa'Rus Trail
The Pa'Rus trail is a quick & easy location for classic Zion scenery. It is located next to Springdale + west entrance of the park and easily accessible. It features stunning views of the iconic Watchman Mountain and the Virgin River. This location is ideal for combining with Canyon Overlook, Clear Creek and East Zion. Not permited for a formal ceremony.

East Zion
East Zion is one of our favorite off the beaten path locations away from any and all crowds in Zion. Located on the east side of Zion with lots of slick red rock and big views. Great location for combining with Pa'Rus trail or Clear Creek. Not permitted for a formal ceremony.

Kolob Terrace
Kolob Terrace is a section of Zion that has stunning views and is away from the crowds of Zion Canyon. This beautiful meadow is easily accessible with big views of Zion in the background. Perfect for combining with our Lambs Knoll location. Not permitted for a formal ceremony.

Temple of Sinawava
Temple of Sinawava is the last shuttle stop in the Zion Canyon. It is set away from tourists and features towering cliffs and the Virgin River. Temple of Sinawava can only be accessed via shuttle from mid February - mid November. In most cases the park will not issue passes to drive a car into the park so you and your guest will have to take the Zion Canyon shuttle. Can easily combine with Clear Creek, Pa'Rus Trail, Canyon Overlook and East Zion. Permit needed for a formal ceremony.
PRICING STARTS AT $1000 FOR A 1HR PACKAGE
Canyon Overlook
Canyon Overlook is easily our most popular location. A 1.25 mile round trip hike leads you to stunning views of the Zion Canyon below. This location can get very busy for sunset and parking can be difficult to find. To avoid the crowds and hassle we recommend doing this location for sunrise. Ideal for combining with Pa'Rus Trail or Clear Creek. Not permitted for a formal ceremony.
PRICING STARTS AT $950 FOR A 1.5 HR PACKAGE
Clear Creek
Clear Creek is an excellent location to get the classic Zion slot canyon look and feel. The slot canyon is easily accessible and located on the east side of Zion. This location is ideal for combining with Canyon Overlook, East Zion & Pa'Rus Trail. Not permitted for a formal ceremony.

Timber Creek
Timber Creek is in the Kolob Canyon Section of Zion. This is a permited location to get married in the park with stunning views and a short 1 mile hike to get to the stuning views at the end. This location is a one hour plus drive from the main canyon so not ideal for combining with other locations. Permit needed for a formal ceremony.
PRICING STARTS AT $875 FOR A 1HR PACKAGE
Observation Point
A 6.5 mile round trip hike, this location features the biggest views in the park. It even overlooks Angels Landing. A great hike for adventurous couples and getting away from the crowds in Zion. A convenient location if staying in Orderville. Not permitted for a formal ceremony.

The Bench
This quiet spot in Rockville is 5 minutes from Springdale and the west entrance of the park. This location features stunning red cliffs and wide open views. Great for combining with Pa'rus Trail, Canyon Overlook, Clear Creek and East Zion. No permit needed for a formal ceremony.

The Mesa
This is a quiet and secluded spot along the west section of Zion but just tucked outside the park. Great for combing with Kolob Terrace & Lambs Knoll. No permit needed for a formal ceremony.

Lambs Knoll
Located 35 minutes north west of Zion/Springdale. This off the beaten path location features a short and easy hike, lots of jagged red rock and a small slot canyon. Perfect for combining with the Kolob Terrace location. No permit needed for a formal ceremony.
