Q. How long will it take to receive my photos after the shoot?
A. We know that you are so excited to share with friends and family. Your photog will send sneaks in1-2 days. You will get an email with access to a gallery of high resolution images within 7 days of your shoot.....yay!!!
Q. What if we are running late?
A. Please let your photographer know ASAP! Your photographer will try to accommodate for lost time. Be aware they might have other shoot's scheduled as well as light limitations.
Q. What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
A. If your plans change please reach out and let us know. We will try our best to reschedule. Cancel up to 2 weeks before for a full refund. We can not refund with less than 48 hours notice.
Q. What if the weather is bad?
A. Our photographers are willing to shoot in the rain. We will make every effort to reschedule your shoot and work around the weather. You will receive a full refund if we can't make it happen.
Q. How do you make it a surprise?
A. We know that photoshoot can be a little nerve wracking. Our photographers give lots of direction for posing and do their best to help you with feeling comfortable and have fun.
Q. Will we get guidance on the best location?
A. We will send over a detailed location guide. If you need help after reviewing the guide just let us know and we will set up a call with one of our knowledgable team members.
